Your appointments are very important to us at Designers Hår Salon, we’ve reserved time especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of scheduled service price. All “no-Shows’ will be charged the full-service price.  If you should need to adjust your appointment, please CALL 651-257-9477 to cancel as we will not accept emails or social media messaging. The cancellation policy allows us time to inform our stand-by guests of any availability.

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and your stylist is left to worry about your well-being.  Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
